Jacob Waters, Texas RPLS #6849

Jacob is the founder of Blackland Surveying, LLC and oversees all land surveying services.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Spatial Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He has performed or supervised land surveying activities in the Texas Permian Basin and Central Texas area.
